An unusual case of adenomyosis

The diagnosis by images of image uterine adenomyosis has been very well described, specially the findings of this entity in M.R.I
We present an unusual case of uterine adenomyosis in a leiomyoma, which in M:R:I resembles the presence of uterine malformation of the type Bicornis Unicolis
