Abstract

A case report of the prenatal diagnosis of congenital hepatoblastoma is presented. Relevant issues related to the sonographic diagnosis of this rare tumor are referred. Comments on the differential diagnosis, obstetrical management, prognosis and neonatal follow up are made.
