Primary splenic pregnancy is considered to be the rarest form of extrauterine pregnancy, only a few well-documented cases having been reported. We report a case of splenic pregnancy in a 32-year-old woman having poor obstetric history, presenting acute abdomen and haemoperitoneum. Splenic pregnancy requires an emergency splenectomy and should be considered in the differential diagnosis of acute abdomen in reproductive-aged women, particularly if they have had recurrent abortions.Author Biographies
