First trimester of gestation placenta increta: a case report

This is the case of a 34 year old pregnant which history, physical evaluation and histopathology had related to placenta increta in the first trimester, 12th week gestation. The interest of the case, resides on the low frequency occurrence of the adverse event at this gestational age and its catastrophic consequences.Author Biographies
