The Revista Colombiana de Obstetricia y Ginecología again in Medline

The editors of Revista Colombiana de Obstetricia y Ginecología (RCOG) are pleased to inform the members of the Colombian Federation of Obstetrics and Gynecology (Fecolsog), the physicians of our specialty, the healthcare staff working in the area of women’s sexual and reproductive health, and the authors of this country and of the region who have published their studies in RCOG, that the journal has been accepted once again in Medline by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, as of March 2019.
This acceptance did not come about by chance but is rather the result of many years of responsible, top-quality work by the journal’s editorial team. We had submitted applications to Medline twice in the past, first in 2010 and then in 2012. Together with Biomédica, Revista de Salud Pública, Colombia Médica and Revista Colombiana de Psiquiatría, we are now one of the five medical journals indexed in the U.S. National Library of Medicine (NLM) database. RCOG had been indexed in Medline back in 1965 and 1971.Author Biographies
