Aborto en América Latina

En la última década, la comunidad científica ha realizado un esfuerzo para mejorar la tecnología de inducción del aborto (1). Con este objetivo, se han efectuado numerosos estudios para evaluar la diferencia entre métodos, ya sea aspiración por vacío, dilatación y curetaje, o substancias químicas(2).
