Estudio Clínico-Patológico de las Enfermedades Trofoblásticas Gestacionales

Bien conocida es la importancia que en los servicios gineco-obstétricos tienen las enfermedades del trofoblasto. Revisando la literatura colombiana encontramos varios estudios ( l , 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) todos de tipo retrospectivo que analizan una serie de problemas inherentes a estas entidades. Los autores coinciden en mencionar las dificultades que se presentan en el tratamiento y control de las pacientes, por la falta de un registro adecuado y porque la mayoría de ellas proceden de lugares lejanos y generalmente no regresan a revisión.
