Desde los trabajos de Rubin y col.1, Grunmberg y col.2. Selikoff y Robitzek3 y otros autores americanos y europeos, se ha visto que la quimioterapia con derivados del ácido Isonicotinico ha dado resultados muy satisfactorios en la tuberculosis pulmonar y otras localizaciones extrapulmonares.
