Metodología útil en el tratamiento de las fístulas vesico-vaginales

Sin pretender ser originales, presentamos a la consideración -de quienes como nosotros, están interesados en este tópico- trece casos de fistulorrafias vesico-vaginales todas realizadas con éxito completo en lo que se refiere al logro de la cicatrización completa e inmediata de la fístula y la consecuente continencia urinaria, con un solo acto quirúrgico.
