Carcinoma primitívo de la trompa. Revisión de la casuística nacional

El propósito de la presente comunicación es el de añadir a la literatura cinco nuevos casos de carcinoma primitivo de trompa uterina de pacientes tratados en distintos centros hospitalarios del país, con lo cual, sin pretneder agregar nada nuevo a los excelentes trabajos que revisamos referentes a esta rara entidad, presentaremos nuestros casos estudiados como demostrativos de la amplia variación del cuadro clínico, la dificultad diagnóstica, las deficiencias en la terapéutica, y el pronóstico pobre de esta entidad.
