Ruptura espontánea del hígado después de parto a término en embarazo asociado a toxemia, (Informe de un caso).

Se hace una actualización del tema de la ruptura espontánea del hígado en pacientes con toxemia gravídica, en lo relativo a sus aspectos de incidencia, etiología, patología, diagnóstico, pronóstico y tratamiento. Además se presenta la Historia Clínica de un caso de esta entidad patológica ocurrido en una paciente toxémica y en puerperio, atendida en el Departamento de Obstetricia y Ginecología del Hospital Militar Central, en la que con diagnóstico previo se hizo tratamiento quirúrgico de la ruptura hepática con buenos resultados.
