La amputación del cuello uterino en el tratamiento del Carcinoma In Situ

El tratamiento del Carcinoma in Situ va desde el tratamiento radiante hasta la histerectomía total con un manguito vaginal a los tratamientos conservadores como son la amputación de cuello, la exéresis parcial, la conización (4), la electrocirugía (5,12), y más modernamente la crío cirugía.
