Abstract

En pacientes embarazadas y clasificadas como de alto riesgo, es necesario interrumpir en algunas ocasiones el embarazo antes del termino ya que una posible disfunción placentaria traerá como consecuencia un aumento de la morbimortalidad perinatal (34).
