Ruptura Hepática Espontánea en Gestantes con Hipertensión Arterial

La Ruptura Hepática Espontánea, R.H.E., en pacientes embarazadas es una complicación poco frecuente pero su severidad es tal que en la mayoría de los casos relatados ha ocasionado la muerte de la paciente y del producto de la concepción.
