Cambios radiológicos en histerosalpingografías de paciente con Dx presuntivo de TBC, posterior al tratamiento médico

A.- Se presenta la experiencia general del diagnóstico y manejo de 50 pacientes con TBC genital en la Clínica de Infertilidad del Hospital Universitario del Valle, Departamento de Obstetricia y Ginecología de la Universidad del Valle en forma retrospectiva.
B.- De manera prospectiva se valora por hallazgos histerosalpingográficos la evolución de 25 pacientes que han sido tratados médicamente para TBC de acuerdo con parámetros establecidos en la Seccional de Salud del Departamento del Valle del Cauca con intervalos entre los dos exámenes radiológicos, 2.5 años en promedio.
