Profilaxis de infección en cesárea con Mefoxitin

Resumen

El número de cesáreas preserna una tendencia al aumento en los últimos años, debido a un uso más liberal de la misma, no solo para evitar la muerte del producto, sino también para evitar lesiones que puedan interferir en el futuro desarrollo del feto.
