Comparación del BACTRIM Roche y la ampicilina: Nuevos estudios

El BACTRIM Roche (trimetoprim/sulfametoxazol) introdujo un nuevo concepto en el tratamiento de las infecciones bacterianas, pero esto no significó que debiera ser preferido a los agentes terapéuticos ya establecidos, puesto que se requirieron cuidadosos estudios clínicos y de laboratorio para establecer el lugar del BACTRIM Roche en relación con otras drogas, especialmente con los antibióticos.
