Síndrome de Feminización Testicular. -Informe de Tres Casos

Se presentan tres casos de Síndrome de Feminización Testicular, Variedad Completa que han sido estudiados en el Hospital Universitario de San Ignacio.
Se hace una breve revisión de la literatura y se dan recomendaciones para el diagnóstico y manejo de las pacientes con esta entidad.
