Embarazo y malignidad

La circunstancia de que al primero de nosotros le hubiera correspondido dictar una conferencia sobre el tema en el ciclo de las programadas por el Departamento de Obstetricia y Ginecología de la Universidad Nacional nos indujo a profundizar en él con una revisión de la literatura al respecto que abarca un período de 10 años, desde 1955, y de la estadística del Instituto de Protección Ma- terno-lnfantil "Concepción Villaveces de Acosta" desde el año de 1957, cuando encontrándonos de Residentes de la Institución nos correspondió en ese y en los años subsiguientes, atender personalmente algunos casos de Ca. de Cérvix coexistentes con embarazo.
