El cáncer de la mama en el embarazo y la lactancia

La influencia desfavorable que ejercen el embarazo y la lactancia en la evolución del cáncer de la mama, ha sido un hecho bien reconocido en el mundo médico desde hace muchos años. Klotz, citado por Miller (9), fue el primero en observar en el año de 1869 el desenlace fatal de las pacientes con dicha asociación.
