El criterio que nos guió para practicar la intervención por esta indicación, lo basamos en todos los casos en los procedimientos clínicos que se han ideado para poner en evidencia la desproporción céfalo-pélvica y en prueba del trabajo, a la cual sometimos todas las pacientes, excepto tres, antes de decidir la intervención
