Técnica de la biopsia renal percutánea en la embarazada

Los autores refieren la técnica de la biopsia renal percutánea, aplicada en 109 pacientes embarazadas, siguiendo las pautas establecidas por Kark y Muehrcke para la posición decúbito prono y utilizando la aguja de Franklin-Silverman.
Todas las pacientes estaban hospitalizadas en el Servicio de Toxemias del Instituto Materno Infantil, de Bogotá, por alteraciones renales que complicaban el curso de su gestación.
