Inducción de ovulación: I Clomifeno

El factor ovulatorio ocupa un lugar importante entre las causas de infertilidad femenina. En nuestra clínica es del orden del 25-30% entre todas las causas que la producen. El diagnóstico más frecuente entre las pacientes anovulatorios, es el Síndrome de Ovario Androgénico (SOA). Sin embargo, hay otras causas que necesitan ser diferenciadas del SOA, puesto que, plantean un enfoque terapéutico diferente. Un paciente que no responde a un plan terapeútico inicial, es susceptible de otro régimen terapéutico, si se ha hecho un diagnóstico etiológico de la causa de anovulación.
