Traumatismos Ginecológicos en la Infancia

Los traumatismos de los órganos genitales en la infancia generalmente son debidos a caídas accidentales sobre objetos romos que producen lesiones contusas, u objetos que penetran en la vagina ocasionando laceraciones más o menos extensas según la causa, la intensidad del traumatismo, así como la intensidad de penetración (3).
